Anti-Trafficking Statement
CallMyAI LLC has zero tolerance for human trafficking, forced labour, and the exploitation of any person — on the platform, in our commercial relationships, and in our supply chain.
We publish this statement voluntarily. The modern-slavery reporting statutes in the United Kingdom, Australia and California are revenue-threshold laws that we are far below, and we are a United States entity in any case. We publish anyway, for two reasons: exposure under United States federal law on facilitating trafficking does not depend on our size, and payment processors and card networks expect to see this stated.
Where the risk actually sits on a platform like ours
Most anti-trafficking policies are written for platforms that host uploaded media, where the risk is that exploitative material is published. That is not our risk surface, and pretending otherwise would produce a policy that guards the wrong door.
CallMyAI has no fan uploads, no media feed, no third-party content hosting, and no marketplace between users. Every persona is generated from material submitted by one verified creator. There is nothing for a third party to publish here.
The realistic exploitation vector on an audio-AI platform is a coerced creator — someone signing up, or being signed up, under another person's control, with the earnings flowing to that person. That is a question of *who is really behind an account*, and it is why our operative controls are identity verification and manual approval rather than upload scanning.
The controls we actually run
Identity verification on every creator. Before any persona activates, the creator completes government-photo-ID verification with an identity match confirming the person presenting the document is the person it describes. No persona goes live behind an unverified identity.
Payment-name correspondence. The payout account must correspond to the verified creator. An account cannot be operated for someone else's financial benefit without that mismatch being visible, which is the single most useful signal we have for coercion.
Manual approval of every creator. No creator is approved automatically. Every application is reviewed by a person before a persona can go live, and approval can be refused without our having to prove a breach. This is a deliberate constraint on growth and it exists precisely so that a human looks at every account.
Safety rules that cannot be overridden. Every conversation runs under a fixed rule set that no creator or fan can edit. Trafficking, exploitation and coercion are named in it. A conversation moving in that direction is refused and the call ends.
Prohibition on solicitation and real-world contact. The Acceptable Use Policy absolutely prohibits using the platform to arrange, advertise, solicit, or facilitate commercial sexual services, escorting, or any in-person meeting for those purposes. A persona will not arrange or promise real-world contact of any kind — no meetings, no addresses, no exchange of contact details. This is enforced in the safety rules, not only in policy.
A pre-speech check on generated output. What a persona is about to say is screened before the caller hears it, so output is checked at the point of generation.
A reporting route open to anyone. No account is needed to report a concern.
What we do not do
We would rather be short and accurate than long and impressive.
We do not conduct supply-chain audits. We do not run a mandatory staff training programme. We do not engage an independent monitor or external verification body. We do not publish trafficking statistics, because we do not yet operate at a scale where any number would be meaningful.
If any of those change, this page changes with them.
Our commercial relationships
We expect the vendors and service providers we work with to prohibit trafficking and forced labour in their own operations, and we will end a relationship with any party we find to be involved in it.
Reporting
Anyone can report a concern, with no account and no connection to the person involved. If you believe a creator on this platform is being coerced, is under someone else's control, or is not the person actually operating the account, tell us. If you believe the platform is being used to facilitate trafficking or solicitation, tell us.
You may report anonymously. You do not need proof.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the United States, the National Human Trafficking Hotline is 1-888-373-7888, available at all hours. Reporting to us is not a substitute for contacting the authorities, and you should never wait on us before doing so.
We are not able to state a response time. We have no dedicated safety team, and we will not publish a commitment we cannot reliably meet. Reports of this kind are treated with the highest priority we can give.
