Voice IP Licensing
**The licence you grant over your voice is section 3 of the Creator Agreement.** This consent records your specific acknowledgement of it.
Why this page does not restate the licence
One document defines what you grant, and it is the Creator Agreement.
An earlier version of this consent described the licence in its own words, and those words were narrower than the agreement they sat beside — it said the voice would be used "solely on this platform" and said nothing about retraining, while the agreement granted both. Two documents describing one licence in different words is worse than one document, because the narrower one governs and nobody intended that. So this page deliberately holds no independent description that could drift.
What you are acknowledging
By accepting this consent you confirm you have read section 3 of the Creator Agreement and grant the licence it sets out. In summary — the agreement itself is the operative text:
- What we may do: build a voice model and persona from what you submit; host and operate it; improve it, including retraining to raise quality; and display and promote your name, persona name, photo, and description — including off the platform, in advertising, social media, app-store listings, and press.
- What it is: limited, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide, and royalty-bearing, granted in exchange for the revenue share in section 6.
- What you keep: ownership of your voice, your name, and your likeness. We do not acquire them.
- What we may not do: licence your voice to any third party, use it for any other product, sell or transfer the voice model, or create any persona other than yours.
- When it ends, and what survives: sections 3.4 and 9.
Withdrawing
You may withdraw at any time, for any reason, without giving one. Your persona stops taking calls and is retired, and the voice model and source recordings are deleted from our production systems.
