What you're buying
This page explains what you get when you buy minutes on CallMyAI. It is written to be read in two minutes, before you spend anything.
You are talking to an AI
The voice you hear is an AI. It sounds like the creator and talks the way the creator talks, because it was trained on the creator's own voice. But it is a computer program, running on our systems.
The creator is not on the call. Not listening. Not typing. The creator does not hear what you say and does not know you called.
If you sincerely ask whether you are talking to a real person, the AI will tell you it is an AI. It will not pretend otherwise.
Nothing the AI says is a real promise. It cannot agree to meet you, send you anything, or commit the creator to anything at all. It is entertainment, and everything it says is made up. If it says something that sounds like a deal, that deal does not exist.
We run this, and we say so
Some platforms put a contract between you and the creator and step out of the middle. We do not do that, because it would not be true.
The creator gives us a voice and a personality. Everything else is ours — our computers generate the speech, our software decides what it can and cannot say, and our phone lines carry the call. We are the ones providing this service to you, and if something goes wrong with it, we are the ones to come to.
What a minute costs
You buy minutes with one creator at a time. Each creator sets their own prices, so minutes are not the same price everywhere.
Your minutes stay with that creator. They are not a wallet you can spend anywhere on the site. If you buy 20 minutes with one creator, those 20 minutes are for calls with that creator. Buying minutes with a second creator is a separate purchase.
The price you see is the price you pay. It is the creator's price plus a service fee, rounded up to the next whole dollar. We work it out before you buy and it never changes after. There is no extra charge added later, and no maths happens during your call.
Taxes may be added where the law requires it.
How your time is counted
You are billed for the time you actually talk.
Behind the scenes we count your time in six-second steps. On screen and on the call, we tell you your balance in whole minutes, rounded down, so the number you hear is never better than the truth.
You are never charged for time you did not use. If you hang up part way through a minute, the part you did not use is not taken.
If a call drops
Sometimes a call ends because something breaks on our side.
If that happens, your unused minutes stay yours. They go back on your balance for your next call with that creator. Nothing is taken for the call that failed.
They are not put back on your card. That is the important part, and we would rather you know it now than find out later. The fix is kept time, not money back.
One reason a call might end: if we cannot produce that creator's real voice, we stop the call. We will never swap in a different voice or a robot voice to keep you talking. That creator's voice is the whole point. If we cannot give you the real one, you get your minutes back instead.
Paying on the phone
If you call and have no minutes, you can pay right there on the call.
You type your card on your phone keypad. Those numbers go straight to a specialist payment company that is built and certified to handle card details. The digits never reach our systems — we only ever get back a safe token that lets us charge you again if you ask us to.
If you have paid before, you can add more minutes with a single keypress. Your card details are still not on our systems.
On your bank statement, the charge shows up under a discreet name. It does not say anything about what you bought.
All sales are final
Minutes are used the moment you talk, so we do not give refunds. That includes minutes you bought but never used.
Your minutes last 12 months. We remind you before they run out — 30 days before, 7 days before, and on the day.
If you think you were charged by mistake, email billing@callmyai.ai before you call your bank. We will look into it properly. Going straight to your bank to reverse a charge for calls you actually made is treated as a broken agreement, and it can get your access blocked permanently.
Receipts
If you paid by phone and we have no email address for you, we cannot send you a receipt. You get a spoken confirmation on the call instead. We are not able to email something to an address we were never given, and we do not ask your creator for it — the creator never sees it either.
Make an account and add your email, and you get itemised receipts by email and in your account from then on.
Your privacy
The creator never sees your phone number, your email, or your name. They see a made-up nickname. This is not a setting you have to turn on — it is how the system is built, and we cannot switch it off.
There is more detail on how caller anonymization works and in our Privacy Policy.
The rest of the rules
This page is a plain-English summary to help you decide before you spend money. The full terms are in the Terms of Service — sections 9 and 6 cover billing and privacy. If anything here and the Terms disagree, the Terms are what count.
What is and is not allowed on a call is in the Acceptable Use Policy and the Community Guidelines. To report a problem, see Report a problem.
