Community Guidelines
This is the plain-English version of the rules. The binding versions are the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy — if anything here reads differently from those, those win. Nothing here is meant to be a surprise; it is the same rules in language you can actually read.
For creators
Your persona is yours, within a floor you cannot lower
You choose your persona's style, personality, and subject matter. This is an adult platform and explicit content is expected.
What you cannot change is the safety floor. A fixed set of rules runs inside every conversation on the platform. You can make your persona *stricter* — add topics it will not discuss, things it will not say. You cannot make it looser. That floor exists so that no creator has to compete on how far they will go, and so nobody can pressure you into loosening it.
It has to be your own voice
Build your persona from your voice. Not a friend's, not a public figure's, not someone who "said it was fine" over text.
We verify this rather than trusting it: your verification recording is checked for deepfakes and produces a locked voice fingerprint, and every voice sample you submit afterwards is matched against it. This protects you as much as anyone — it is the same check that stops someone else building a persona from your voice.
If a recording you submit has someone else's voice audible in it, do not submit it.
What we can and cannot protect you from
We prohibit fans recording or redistributing calls, and we will act on reports and help you pursue leaks.
But be clear-eyed: once audio leaves the platform we can chase it, not prevent it. Anyone publishing a persona should decide with that in mind. If something of yours does leak, tell us — see Voice & Likeness Takedown — and we will help.
You can change your mind
You can retire your persona. Consent to have your voice cloned is not permanent, and withdrawing it is a normal thing to do, not a dispute. The Creator Agreement sets out how.
Being paid
You earn 70% of the base per-minute price of your calls. You are an independent contractor, responsible for your own taxes; we provide the tax documentation we are required to. Details in the Creator Agreement.
For fans
You are talking to an AI
The voice is modelled on a real person who agreed to it, and it is designed to sound and talk like that person. That person is not on the call. Nothing the persona says is a real promise, a real offer, or a real statement by them. Ask it sincerely whether it is an AI and it will tell you.
The creator's real identity is protected, and so is yours
Creators never see your real phone number, email, or name. You appear to them under an alias, and a different alias to every different creator. Do not try to get around that, and do not try to work out who a creator or another fan really is. See How caller anonymization works.
Do not record or repost
Recording calls, or reposting audio or transcripts anywhere, is not allowed. This is somebody's voice and livelihood.
What the persona will not do
It will not arrange to meet you, give out an address, take the conversation off-platform, or engage with anything on the prohibited list. That is not the creator being difficult — it is the platform, and it applies everywhere equally. Pushing at it will end the call.
The lines nobody crosses
Short list, no exceptions, both sides:
- Nothing involving minors. No sexualisation of anyone under 18, and no roleplay presenting anyone as under 18 — including fiction. If a caller appears to be under 18 the call ends immediately.
- No solicitation or meeting up. No arranging commercial sexual services or in-person contact.
- No hate. No attacks on people for race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- No real non-consensual violence, incest, or bestiality.
- No harassment or doxxing of creators, fans, or staff.
- Nothing illegal, and no help with anything illegal.
What happens if a rule is broken
Depending on what happened: a warning, a feature restriction, a persona suspension, an account suspension, or a permanent ban. Serious cases are reported to authorities where the law requires it.
