Age Verification & Records Statement

This statement describes the age-verification and record-keeping controls CallMyAI LLC operates. It is written for payment processors, card networks, hosting providers, and regulators, as well as for creators and fans.

What the service is — and why it determines everything below

CallMyAI is an audio-only platform. A verified adult creator licenses their own voice, from which an AI persona is built. A caller then has a live spoken conversation with that persona.

Three properties of the service follow from that, and each one is load-bearing for the rest of this page:

• We produce no visual depictions of any kind. No photographs, no video, no imagery. The only creator-facing visual surface is a profile photo, which is reviewed and is not sexually explicit material.
• No human performs during a call. Speech is synthesised from a model. The creator is not on the line, is not present, and is not performing at the time of any call.
• There is no fan upload surface anywhere in the product. Fans cannot submit photos, video, audio, or files. Every piece of material on the platform originates from a verified creator.

Creator age and identity verification

No persona activates until the creator behind it has been verified as an adult. This gate is absolute and precedes any other step — a creator cannot record, publish, take calls, or earn before it is cleared.

Verification is performed through a third-party identity-verification provider and consists of:

• Government-issued photo identification, checked for authenticity by the provider.
• An identity match confirming the person presenting the document is the person the document describes.
• Date of birth, establishing the creator is at least 18 years of age — or the age of majority in the creator's own jurisdiction, if that is higher.
• The timestamp and method of the verification, recorded against the account.

A creator who fails verification cannot activate a persona. Any attempt to circumvent the age gate results in removal from the platform.

The additional checks that follow

Age verification is one layer of a four-layer check every creator passes before a persona goes live. The others exist to confirm the creator is who they claim to be and that the voice is genuinely the creator's:

• A verified link to an established public account under the creator's own name.
• An automated authenticity check on the verification recording, to detect a synthetic or manipulated submission.
• A voiceprint captured from that recording — a mathematical fingerprint of the creator's voice, retained so that any later dispute about whose voice a persona uses can be measured rather than argued.

Voice consent records

Separately from identity, we retain the creator's explicit, recorded licence to build and operate an AI persona from the creator's voice. This records that the creator consented, what was consented to, and when.

Fans — what we verify, stated plainly

CallMyAI is restricted to adults. Access is conditioned on being 18 or over, and a fan affirms adult status before purchasing.

We do not collect government identification from fans, and we do not claim to. Saying otherwise on this page would be false. What actually constrains fan access today is the adult-only condition of use, the requirement to complete a card payment before any conversation begins, and geographic restriction to the markets we serve. Where a jurisdiction we operate in imposes a stronger age-assurance requirement, we will meet that requirement before serving fans there.

We would rather state this accurately than overstate it. A reviewer comparing this page against our actual systems will find them consistent.

Records we retain

For every creator, we retain:

• Legal name and date of birth.
• The government-issued identification presented at verification.
• The verification timestamp, method, and result.
• The voice consent licence.
• The voiceprint captured at onboarding.

These are held in an access-controlled administrative system, available to authorised personnel only. Creators do not see other creators' records, and fans never see any of them. The records are written to a tamper-evident log, so an alteration after the fact is detectable.

These records are excluded from routine deletion. They are also excluded from fan-erasure and data-deletion paths, which do not reach them. Deleting a creator account does not delete that creator's verification records.

We do not publish a retention period for these records. The period is a question reserved for counsel, and the interim position we operate under is to retain and never automatically delete. We would rather publish no number than publish one we may have to contradict.

Records custody & inspection

CallMyAI LLC retains the creator records described above. They are held by CallMyAI LLC in an access-controlled administrative system.

We make these records available to card networks, payment processors and authorised inspectors on request. Requests should go to the legal contact at the end of this page.

Our position on 18 U.S.C. § 2257

We state this openly rather than leaving a reviewer to work it out.

Section 2257 and § 2257A impose record-keeping duties on producers of visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Read against its plain terms, the statute is very likely outside our scope: we produce no visual depictions at all, and no actual human being engages in any conduct that is depicted — speech is synthesised from a model, and the creator is not present at the time of a call.

We verify and retain regardless. Two reasons:

1. Card-network adult-merchant requirements bind us independently of the statute. Visa and Mastercard operate their own documented age-and-consent record requirements for adult merchants. Those requirements apply to us whatever the statutory analysis concludes, and they are the operative driver for the controls on this page. 2. The controls are correct on their own merits. Verifying that every creator is a consenting adult, and holding the evidence, is what a responsible adult platform does. We would run these checks if no rule required them.

We do not assert that § 2257 applies to us, and we do not assert that it does not. We assert what we actually do, which is set out above.

Reporting a concern

To report suspected underage involvement, a non-consenting voice, or any other serious concern, use the addresses below. You do not need an account and you do not need to be the person affected.

Content involving minors is handled under Combating child sexual abuse material and is the one category where our response is not discretionary. A persona using someone's voice without consent is handled under Voice & Likeness Takedown. Anything else goes through Complaints and reporting illegal content.
